In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a registered user of the 6l66 platform.

References to "Bangladesh" in these Terms include all administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. References to currency are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated. Headings are for navigation only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://6l66.app, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the following documents which are incorporated by reference:

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on 6l66. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the name, device, IP address, or Payment Method used. The following rules govern account creation and ongoing account security:

• Single Account Policy: Creating more than one account — whether intentionally or inadvertently — will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any balances or winnings within them being forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account exists under your details, contact support immediately.
• Accurate Registration Data: Your registered name must match the name on the government-issued identification you will provide during KYC. Nicknames, aliases, and initials are not acceptable substitutes for your legal full name.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6l66 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the Payment Methods listed below. All transactions are subject to the limits, processing times, and conditions described in this section.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or wallet provider while your 6l66 account balance is positive or while a bonus is active is a material breach of these Terms. 6l66 reserves the right to offset chargeback amounts against any pending withdrawals or future balances.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

6l66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms disclosed with each individual offer.

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered.

6. One Bonus at a Time: Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Player Account at any time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is still active and unwagered may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
7. Right to Withdraw Promotions: 6l66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect bonuses already credited and actively wagered by Players at the time of change.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on 6l66, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 6l66 or other players — including through manipulation of game outcomes, exploitation of software errors, or use of unauthorised third-party tools — is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion is prohibited and will result in all implicated accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.
• Money Laundering: Using the 6l66 platform to launder funds of any kind — including depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gambling activity — is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 6l66 platform in place of genuine human play is prohibited.
• Hacking & System Interference: Any attempt to access 6l66 systems, databases, or game logic beyond the scope of your registered Player Account — including through reverse engineering, SQL injection, or network interception — is a criminal act.
• Offensive Conduct: Communicating with the 6l66 support team or other users in a threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory manner will result in immediate account suspension.
• Misuse of Responsible Gaming Tools: Creating a new account after successfully completing a self-exclusion process is a direct violation of these Terms and is considered a form of platform abuse.

6l66 employs a range of automated and manual risk management systems to detect prohibited conduct. The detection of prohibited conduct may result in account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure at 6l66's discretion. 6l66's decisions on such matters are final subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either 6l66 or the Player may initiate account closure at any time. The conditions, procedures, and consequences of account suspension and closure are set out below.

1. Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 6l66 account at any time by contacting [email protected] and submitting a written closure request. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified Payment Method after the KYC process is complete and after any outstanding wagering commitments have been resolved.
2. Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who choose to self-exclude via the Responsible Gaming Tools will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. During this period, login access is blocked and promotional communications are suppressed. Permanent self-exclusion results in full account closure on the same terms as a player-initiated closure.
3. 6l66-Initiated Suspension: 6l66 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; money laundering or financial crime; provision of false or misleading registration information; or any other conduct that 6l66 determines presents a risk to the platform or its users.
4. Forfeiture on Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed by 6l66 as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, 6l66 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance, including real-money funds, bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and tournament winnings, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
5. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 6l66 will send a notice to the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fees. Where required, dormant account balances will be managed in accordance with applicable legal requirements in Bangladesh.
6. Dispute Resolution: If you disagree with a suspension or closure decision made by 6l66, you may submit a formal dispute in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision. 6l66 will acknowledge your dispute within 3 business days and provide a full written response within 14 business days. 6l66's final decision on all disputes is binding on both parties subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 6l66 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 6l66 operates and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
